THE THREE WORLD'S DELICACIES

WHITE TRUFFLE

After many years of investment, we have succeeded in cultivating White Truffle,

not just in winter but all year round in Provence, France.

Therefore many of our dishes include the finest pungent White Truffle available in the world,

regardless of its season.

FOIS GRAS

Travelling around the world in search for the finest Fois Gras,

We founded a company in Budapest, Hungary.

With great depth and flavour, it boasts a long finish with absolutely no harsh aftertaste.

CAVIAR

For a long time we have tasted and served fresh Caviar from all around the world,

but have settled in buying a company in Astrakhan, Russia.

Due to its low salt level, it is only available for consumption after 2 days afer opening.

The unsaltiness of the Caviar, gives the original buttery of a fresh caviar

a taste with mind blowing depth and beauty.
